The Pivot Power Party Conference is a three-day virtual event with an old-school twist. You see, before technology came along, street smarts, common sense and actually talking to people were the way of doing things. You had to use your brain to think quickly and adapt.
This conference will reignite your business by combining sales, leadership and innovation training.
Pivot to your “new normal” in this interactive conference hosted by Gina Trimarco and special subject matter expert guests. What’s old becomes recycled and new again!
What can you expect?
Each session is led by trainer, keynote speaker and master improviser Gina Trimarco, founder of Pivot10 Results and Carolina Improv Company and will include improv-based exercises to unlock your creativity in how you do business going forward.
RECONNECT with your stakeholders by raising your EQ (emotional intelligence). Become more aware of your own emotions and triggers so you can be more empathetic, engaging and “human” with your employees, colleagues and customers.
Guest: Tom Ziglar
CEO of Ziglar, Inc.
In this session, you’ll re-learn how to actively listen with your ears AND your eyes to re-build rapport with others.
REINVENT how you think, do things, solve problems and collaborate with your team members and customers. Eliminate the “that’s-how-we’ve-always-done-it” mindset because “always” no longer exists in our new climate.
Guest: Michelle Cirocco
Chief Social Responsibility Officer at Televerde
In this session, you’ll re-learn how you brainstorm, troubleshoot and yes, apply the age-old cliché of “thinking outside of the box” so that you can innovate new product and service ideas.
RECREATE how you generate revenue by getting off your old scripts in the sales process. A “playbook” is a tool that can sometimes make you look like a “tool” and is no good without the ability to actually “play” well with others.
Guest: L. Scott Ferguson
Chief Level Up Officer at Time To Shine Today
In this session you’ll re-learn how to be human again, build profitable relationships in a sincere way and put the “play” back in the playbook.
“Sass without too much crass” is how Gina Trimarco describes herself.
Chicago native Gina Trimarco, is a serial entrepreneur with 25+ years of experience in marketing, sales, operations and people training. She was recruited to Myrtle Beach South Carolina in 2007 to take over an IMAX theater after successfully turning around the one at Navy Pier in Chicago. When the economy crashed in 2008, and she lost her job, she opted to do something seemingly impossible to many by launching a business with an unproven concept of finding a new job. That business, Carolina Improv Company, has been #1 on TripAdvisor for Nightlife Attractions in Myrtle Beach, SC since 2010. Soon after that, she founded Pivot10 Results, a training and consulting firm that helps businesses and executives shift from people problems to performance results, through the application of soft skills training and strategic planning. She graduated from DePaul University and studied at Second City while pursuing her degree in Communications. In addition to being a member of the Vistage International’s Speaker’s Bureau, Trimarco produces and hosts two podcasts – The Pivotal Leader and Women Your Mother Warned You About. She also has been a contributor to Forbes.com and TrainingMagazine.com.
To “pivot” is to be able to quickly change directions in business instead of maintaining the status quo. Not so coincidentally, if you can improvise, you can pivot! The “10” in our name, you wonder? To “change on a dime”, of course!
Our team of experts helps businesses shift from people problems to performance results through strategic planning and experiential training that sticks.
